Ok... I looked it up, and CST is -06:00 GMT/UTC, CDT is -07:00 GMT/UTC. But we're not in Daylight Savings right now, correct? So it would seem UTC_Time thinks we are, but nothing else does.

I'd just use GMT_Time, but I liked Con_Time's simple conversions to and from UTC. If this doesn't work, however, I'll have to go the other route and perhaps live with the times being displayed in UTC. They're going in a log file anyhow - I just would've liked to convert them to local time with a simple function call (that I don't know how to write myself). I could statically code it for CST/CDT or program in the differences for each U.S. time zone, but that's sort of ugly.
