Hi, everybody!!

Does anybody have received an error "Operator/operand type mismatch" using assign method.

We have object having an visible assign method, that we use to trig some code
when an object become visible or not.

The code work ok, but on some computer (98/2000/ME), we receive this message on the init of the form/object. The problem is that the m.VNEWVAL is a numeric value (not a logicial).

To bypass the problem we did add some code to make sure that it was logical.
*** IF TYPE("VNEWVAL")="L"
* do something
*** ENDIF

Does anybody have a clue, we got a huge code to look and before checking, make sure that this thing can be bypass (without checking the valtype)

Thank
Luc.
