You can just create a textfile and loop through the record(s) outputting the info to a disk file. You can even create .html formatted files this way. Very manual and tedious to get a cool looking output this way, but it is possible.

Then you would still have to call Outlook to send it. There is a great and SIMPLE example of driving Outlook for this purpose in the FAQ or FILES section. Look it up.
