'Stretch with Overflow' disabled in Report Designer?!

For some odd reason, every auto-sizing option (like "Constand Band Height", "Field Position", and "Stretch with Overflow") on all my reports is disabled.. Any ideas why? Resetting my FOXUSER.DBF didn't do the trick either
