It was canceled because the author (me) was having some difficulties this year due to a serious illness in the family. The schedule fell way behind, and Whil Hentzen at Hentzenwerke felt he could no longer carry it.

I do expect to have a new publisher shortly, but in the meantime that's where things stand.
