Thats pretty much what I was trying to get you to come up with on your own :-) I remember someone asked how to show a progress bar for a COPY TO and a PACK and the like, well, it can all be pretty much done with the same way. UNfortunatley, there is always a performance hit in doing something like this, so if I have time I might think about it a little deeper.

I'm thinking about creating a class library that does all these tasks and adds the progress bar. Sound useful to anyone?
