From now since i know the problem, i decide to solve it hardcoding 'controls(1)'

FOR i = 1 TO _SCREEN.CONTROLCOUNT
_SCREEN.REMOVEOBJECT(_SCREEN.CONTROLS(i).NAME)
ENDFOR
