I've tweaked the Transformer which came with 5.0 to use Arial Narrow and do a different calculation of widths and horizontal offsets if the line in DOS report was wider than 80 chars. Worked fine, but even with that I never had much luck with a report which used more than 132 chars per line. Simply had to redo those manually - the objects in the converted report went way beyond the right margin, so I had to change the report's paper size to wide enough to get these fields, moved them to the next detail line and the reverted to standard paper.

I.e. it's a hassle, but it's feasible.
