I agree with John. The Markus Egger's book (Hentzenwerke Press) is pretty good. You may want to pick up a book on Design Patterns, I recommend the Gamma book written by Gamma et al. Note that both books, especially Design Patterns, may be difficult reads if you are not familiar with OOP. The Border Books & Records bookstores genrally have a good computer book section and a nice coffee bar where you can browse a book before purchasing it!
