When Bush didn't know who the Prime Minister of Canada was ( and Canada is the biggest trading partner of the USA! ), he also made the ignorance public on it on INTERNATIONAL television! So that showed both bad judgement and lack of knowledge. He didn't need Gore's help to look bad that day !
