If you are installing version 9.0, it will upgrade to 9.2 at the end of the installation. Make sure you are connected to the internet when you do the install to let the Liveupdate do the upgrade! If it is not upgraded correctly your Win2K will not boot! Your best bet is to allways let Live update run and download the latest changes.

Also, have you looked into Terminal Server (If you are running on a Win2K server)? TS has a remote administration mode which comes free with Win2K and will allow you to remotely control the server.
