I only learned about the dangers of Apartame after I developed a reaction to it. If a fountain dispenser of Dr Pepper, for example, is loaded with Diet Dr. Pepper, and I drink a cup, I will turn beet red from the waist up and have oily sweat, and the skin on my face will feel like it's on fire. Three days later I will peel like I had a bad sunburn. I'll get a headache and have memory loss episodes.

What many people don't know about Aspartame is that it triggers
carbohydrate binging, resulting in an increase of obesity above that
which would be caused by drinking sugared sodas alone.


BTW, to balance the media's constant re-reporting of Qualye and Bush
mis-speakings I offer you equal time for Al Gore who, while staring
at the bust of George Washington, asked "Who is that?" - on CSPAN.
