Hi All,
We are trying to find a help editor that integrates well with the VFP dev environment. Ideally, it would be great if we could start the VFP app up and click F1 on a prompt field, and have the help editor come up when there's no help linked to that object. This was relatively easy to do in DOS.

Or, at least, is there an editor that lets you click on an object while in dev env. and create topic text for that object?

I see several help editors for VFP advertised on the web (PowerHelp, ForeHelp, West-Wind's HTML help), but I would really appreciate comments from experienced users.
TIA

Our office has both RoboHelp and West-Wind's Visual Help Builder.

RoboHelp is a great product, more expensive and robust than many. Also more complex.

Visual Help Builder is written in VFP for VFP. It is easy to learn and use. It is less expensive too. It can create help for websites, and it can even read and document VFP classes (a feature I do not use at this point as end-users wouldn't know what to do with the info, but is good for tech help).

In the end, I use the West-Wind's product much more often and I would certainly recommend it.
