EXE objects are not supported by ASP by default and you really should not use them unless you *really* need it to be an EXE. You should really build an MTDLL.

If you need to use an EXE file you need to change the IIS Metabase. THere's some code that shows how to do that in the ASP COM Objects article on my site described by someone else here...
