That notion has its origin in The Church of England (and others) wanting to run their respective countries - not the exclusion of faith from the public life and discourse. Pity so few folks understand this.
Oh.. Would you point out to me where that little line is in the Constitution please? <g> It's not there but I'll let you go find where it is. <g>
