VB5 generates 32-bit OCX's only, so technically they won't work with Windows 3.11, which is a 16-it operating system. BUT... I've heard rumor that Internet Explorer for Windows 3.1 has a way to make the 32-bit OCX's work under Windows 3.1 for ActiveX controls on a web page. Best way to find out is to write a small simple OCX (a button and a lable), and try to use the control on a Windows 3.1 machine.
