I agree. :)
Also, the definition of a true compiled EXE is what the question really is. Right now, under Windows, no EXE, or always no EXE, can be run without DLLs, etc.
When we install a VB EXE, we are ending up with an install setup which will copy of bunch of DLLs like VBRUN5.DLL, etc. The same goes with Visual FoxPro.
