>I have a main form (Screen=As Top Level Form) that has a Container instanced based on a subclass (it contains an ocxToolBar and baseCombo subclassed and instanciated from code). A (Show in Top Level Form) form is opend inside the main form. I would like to 'float' the child form under the container. But the container does not have an AlwaysOnTop property. Any suggestions appreciated.

Terry, you cannot place a form somewhere in between in another form's controls ZOrder. You probably should try to place your OCX and Combo into another form instead of a container.
