Reminded me of the previous patriarch of the Serb Orthodox Church, who once wished a merry Christmas to "all the Serbs of orthodox religion", which I initially took as an insult, i.e. I thought it implied that those who were not orthodox (being of any other faith, including zero) were not Serbs. But then, I actually did feel good being excluded from the bunch :)
