Where can I look to try to find out if there is a solution to a problem I have with the TreeView Control?

I have set the HotTracking property to False in design and in code, but nodes are tracked as the mouse moves over them. This is not wanted in my application and sinde setting the property to false should stop this behaviour, I need to know what to do about it.
