What you could do is write a small program that does this for you. You can use the alter table and create table commands to do this. You 'd have to put in a test whether a particular change already has taken place at the client site, so you can run the program whenever you want. You'd also want to use the same program to update the files at the office to be sure the files don't get out of sync.
