I have designed an invoice report with two data groupings.

I have placed a line that traverses the groupings, but it's initial starting point needs to float, as there are fields above that stretch.

When I draw the line on the report, and then go to properties, everything is disabled, and I therefore cannot get the line to float.

Why is this and how to I go about getting my line to float??????
