According to the W-W site, .CHM files can be created from the HTML help. What, if any, are the advantages of one over the other when distributing an APP?

*.CHM is the help file. It's a compiled HTML help file using Microsoft's compiled help format. It replaces the old Microsoft standard for help files (*.HLP).

The tools mentioned are just good easy-to-use interfaces for the help compiler.
