I compiled into an app and ran into the same problem. It appears that there is a problem with setting up the menu when running the second version because I have FoxFire connected into the app. FoxFire does some things with 'Skip For' that the normal MM menu classes do not like, so it is necessary to remove MM menu and load the Foxfire menu and of course reverse the process when closing Foxfire.

I tried to run one version as an app and run the other by doing 'MAIN' and get the same problem. So now I quess I chase down the omenu problem.
