Obviously I'm not Barbara. But I wanted to throw in my 2¢-worth on one of your questions. .

I would just leave my old stuff alone, chalking it up to "experience".

A fresh start, especially with a product like MaxFrame and ESPECIALLY when the old code was "just went on creating. . .", probably offers more advantages than hardships.
