Hi Cindy & Trey,

Thanks for the help. I was able to get the results I wanted and here is the final sql that gets me there.

select health.comp_no, health.item_no, health.date_serv, health.descript, health.detail, health.rx, master.name, master.brand_no from health left join master on health.comp_no = master.comp_no where master.location <> " " order by
health.comp_no into table healthtemp nofilter

As always you fine people at the U.T. have made my day again.
