I have had a similar thing happen on my forms. If I get an error during testing and I cancel the operation and then restart my application I find that only parts of the form are displayed. If I click on the form's maximize button everything is displayed properly.

I have not had time to track down the cause. I am not accidently setting the Lockscreen property.
