Your missing the same point David was (or does). Why does elminating words from your vocabulary make it a higher standard? Bascially, you are saying "these words are bad, I don't want anything to do with them, I don't want to hear them, I don't want to say them and I will be a better person because of it". Thats closed-minded and prejudice, basically, its a lower standard.
How about this for a higher standard "I will learn what these words mean, and how they can be used correctly, and I will not judge another person's intelligence without carefully examining what the individual was saying and why they used such forceful words". Now that sounds like a high level of communication that applies equally to all words with out pre-judging them.
