If this is the toolbar for the parent form that you are seeing, you need to determine why it isn't getting removed when you call your child form.
Normally, the Deactivate event of the parent form would fire and subsequently call the RemoveToolbar method to remove the toolbar from the parent form.
I would debug the Deactivate event of your parent form to see why this isn't happening.
