I try to wash dishes, cook dinner & watch TV all at the same time!

And when I walk the dog, I watch birds and chat with my friends!

When I concentrate, the house could burn down & I wouldn't know it! So while I know what you mean about only doing one thing well at a time, I also understand "good, enough".

Life goals are another thing, though. You reach a stage in life where the process is more important than the destination.

Finding a balance between health and happiness , personal and communal, remains a challenge!
