I doubt if such a utility exists. It'd be extremely difficult to do. You'd have to establish criteria as to which fields to compare with each other. Further, the order in which they were compared would also be a factor.

Structural differences, however, might be easier. I'd look at either the AFIELDS() function or COPY STRUCTURE EXTENDED as a starting point.
