I do also have strong concerns about the choices that are being made now, not necessarily about the political leadership by itself, but about choices that will have an important affect on the quality of our communities, our environment, and the state of the world we live in. I consider that these are also "moral" issues, in the sense that they can only be best served in the absence of private or corporate agendas and personal gain, that they must truly represent the public good. I know that we may differ over where these issues of morality lie, which are paramount, and which are perceived or real, but I'll gladly discuss these with you in the future.

Rod,

I'd like that very much but only as long as we don't start to argue. <g>

Same for anyone else. The problem here, of course, is that these are very personal issues and some folks just aren't prepared to go there. That's fine but their reticnce (sp?) shouldn't stop others from so doing, should they wish to. I'm for full disclosure so folks don't get themselves into a discussion that causes them to pop a blood vessel. <g>
Best,

DD
