this is not VFP's fault - i guess this is one of those
things MS classify under "by design"

well, i haven't did that for a while now (all NT and win95 here) but if i remember right u should
1 search the system.ini file where it runs the win32s
and delete it
2. delete the files from windows/system/system32 or something
like that
