Check out DataSync. I've never used it but it looks promising.

I've only used one before and that was dbSynchro from Aboveboard Systems. It only supported Fox 2.X and the company went out of buisness and the author stopped supporting the product in February 1997. Unfortunately, I was saddled with it in September 1997. The documentation was not very good and the code was not readable in the least.
