There's a Microsoft KB article on how to do this (search on "How to pass structures to a dll"). You'll also want to look at Christof Lang's stuct class (in the files section, I think). The structure looks kind of gnarly, but at a quick glance I don't see anything nasty like pointers to other structures or other such headaches.
