hello,
i've got an app that pulls modem descriptions and comm ports from the registry into a combo box by pulling the "DriverDesc" and "AttachedTo" keys from under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Modem
This works great but when i take it to a system with a P&P USR 33.6 there is no "AttachedTo" key and i can't find anything that resembles a comm port.

Does anyone know a more consistant way to pull comm ports?
