Do you want the first line of the csv file to contain the field names? If so, then change the Output Type of the Request to Mail Merge and choose Microsoft Word. This will output a text file with the Field Names as the first line.

By the way, how is Talman? I worked there from 92 to 96. Say Hi to them for me.
