Barbara,

Roo is mine permanently. I've had a congenital hearing loss and as I get older it has progressively become more difficult to hear. I've worn hearing aids for over 30 years. Roo is a great companion. I wanted a dog for a long time and was accepted into the Hearing Dog program. I waited about a year and a half to get a dog. It's great to have a dog you can take anywhere (almost). Last September we flew to Seattle to visit friends and for a wedding. Roo is allowed to fly in the cabin with us and she fits nicely under the seat.

>Hi Joel,
>Glad it's working now. I recognized the 'jacket' that Roo was wearing - are you training her? Or is she yours permanently.

>The local mall is used on Sunday morning by a group of teenagers that are bringing up 'helper' dogs. They bring not only the 'hearing' dogs but also seeing-eye and mobility-help dogs - often a dozen or more. The latter are the most fun to watch as they are all big and the kids are training them on elevators and electric doors.

>>Thank you. It seems that the solution was, as you suggested, to build a cursor for the report rather than SET RELATIONS and access the master data table directly as the control table for the reporting FRX. I tried other suggested solutions, mainly to be sure that the report has it's own private data session, however, that did not solve the problem.

>>BTW, The problems that I mentioned to you the other evening that we were having with NT Terminal Server seems to be solved by updating VFP with service pack 3 -- it seems whoever installed VFP on the Terminal Server never installed SP3. Yikes, if it's not one thing, ...

>>It was nice to see you at the meeting the other evening and thank you again for your suggestions. In case you're curious, I got a hearing dog about 6 months ago and her name is Roo. She goes with me everywhere now and my clients love me bringing her around.
