Liam,
>There's very little review material to be found (positive or negative) on Flash Creative's COM CodeBook. Does anyone have any observations, tips, experiences, etc to share?
The demos of live sites developed with COM Codebook were very impressive at DEVCON. From the documentation and tutorials available, it looks to me like it's a well-thought-out framework with great possibilities for scalability. It is designed from the ground up for distributed application development, including web development.
I know of no reason to expect it to be less than great, unless you just don't like using ASP technology for web apps. It appears to me that it is designed with .NET in mind, so it can be easily adapted to new technologies like ASP+, COM+, ADO+, etc.
But, I've not used it yet, so what do I know? :-)
