My server is NT4/EE with MSSQL7 (not Enterprise version) with SP2 installed.
The Option Pack was installed before MSSQL7.

Then I tried to install MSMQ 1.0 from the Option Pack, and the installer complained that some DLL was missing.

Then I tried to install MSMQ 1.0 from the NT4EE CDROM, and the installer always fails after it tries to stop/start the MSSQL7 services. I don't know why MSSQL is complaining, but it is, and it halts the install.
