Byron,
The majority of people that have responded have told you what they think.. Have you listened to what has been said?? If you just take your existing Foxpro 2.x app and recompile the screens and code into VFP you will have just that, recompiled code.. It will NOT take advantage of any of the features that have been added in to make Visual Foxpro...

The more time you spend doing the redesign of a project like this, the better results you ar going to get in the product...

Is this enough of an answer for you to take to your management??
