That's a perfect example when a new task could be entered in the 'new' (at least for VFP) tasklist window. This way you can see where all 'known' bugs remain in your project.

In some cases, it's "go back and fix later". In others, it's BFUBOBD (Big F*** Up By One Big Dummy) and I wish that I had known about it earlier. Just a matter of personal taste, I guess.
