OK, I made the same mistake John did. I read it as 'there is a HOT KEY', instead of 'is there a HOT KEY'....minus the question mark I guess we both missed it....

The answer is, 'sort of'. Using Keystokes, you can pull up the properties window with Alt+V then P or you can assign a macro to do that.
