There is no built in function. Though the result is easily achived by subtracting one from the beginning of the month that follows the desired month e.g.

iDaysInFebruary = DAY( DATE( YEAR(DATE()), 3, 1 ) -1 )

Watch out for December, you will need to use January of the following year.
