HI!
FoxISAPI.dll is just Active Server technology DLL. This technology will exist in most WEB servers and seems will never expire. And Inet application built based on it is the most quick. Yes, probably it will still be useful tool with new .NET. This DLL is just a way to connect WEB Server requests to VFP COM object, nothing more, nothing less. You can, for example, in response to request from WEB page return XML string from VFP object, and it will be shown correctly in browser. However, FoxISAPI.dll still will be needed, just to call VFP COM object when HTTP request arrives.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs
It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
