I seem to get this error frequently. Invariably when the code is examined the culprit seems to be that I am attempting a replace on a field in a table that has not been explicitely selected. However, there are many places in code where I do the same thing without causing the error. Can someone please tell me the circumstances where this error will occur and where it will not. I have a lot of code that was brought over from a Fox DOS app where this problem just did not occur. Thanks.
