Mr. Cheney is certainly one of the few 'grownups' I've seen in DC - that's for sure. I very much enjoy listening to him.
I think it reflects well on Mr. Bush's ability to pick folks better than himself and his sense of self confidence and lack of feeling somehow 'threatened' by folks who are more capable that he is in any specific area.
