That's not the case. The VFP Report Writer is built into VFP (as opposed to a separate set of files like the builders and wizards are), so there's nothing to redistribute above and beyond the VFP runtime files. As George pointed out, anything built into the product we're not allowed to use in a runtime environment (such as the debugger) give a "feature not available" error.
