'Stretch with Overflow' disabled in Report Designer?!

Here's what I've found after picking at the details:

... in the first row of the FRX, where the field ObjType = 1, the 'Bottom' field was set to .T. Setting this back to .F. fixed the problem I was having where I couldn't change the float options on reports (I was making copies of the same report) I don't know what that property does, but somehow the fact that it got set to .T. was a problem. Does anyone know how this could have happened?
