No problems, just a slight unwanted visual effect. While I discovered this tiny problem couple of months ago, I spent some time trying to solve it. The Classy Components consultant also could not help me. Finally I asked this question here (really, I'd better start from here, would save me few waste hours) and Erik Moore answered my question. So, I just change this setting in the class. I also modify it to allow incremental search in Column Read-Only case, but behave normally otherwise (actually, right now I'm not sure, it was a great idea, because it's confusing). Terry Hobart added ability to increase/decrease speed in search (by setting _dblclick property and resetting it back SetFocus/LostFocus)

Very simple and nice class to use. But I know, there are couple other classes with the same functionality. Here couple of times was mentioned Marcia class for incremental search. Also I guess, Tamar Granor has another class for this. I just was completely satisfied with InGrid, so I didn't take a look to others, even if they are better.

Same story with Nick's Grid HighLighter. If I would not implement already Cetin's highlight class, I would definitely use Nick's class, because it's much simpler and has enhanced functionality. Now I can use it only in my future applications, because I don't want to change existing...

>>I use InGrid for incremental search (note, BTW, you have to set margin property to 0 - it's a little 'bug' in this class). Marcia has another class, but I don't know, where you can download it. Cetin uses the similar idea in his multiselect grid class.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
